A woman faces many stages in her life, which can be challenging to her health. As a result, a woman needs to pay special attention to their diet and activities. Additionally, she can practice simple Ayurvedic procedures at home to remain healthy. In this course, importance is given to self-care.
This course deals with the healthy habits and diet which should be followed to prevent disease and facilitate good health. Daily activities are explained in this session starting from the time waking up in the morning. Along with this detailed information, knowledge about AAHARA (food) is given. Routines that should be followed according to RITU (season) are also taught in this course
The predominant 6 types of Ayurvedic preparation methods are explained. These all are taught via practical classes.
To learn Ayurveda, to understand Ayurveda… an entire life span is not enough.... It's a vast and deep science. A minimum of two weeks learning is necessary to understand the basics. Classes last from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the subject we are studying. Practical classes are available for specific courses. Those who are interested in learning the skills of Ayurvedic medicine can contact the doctor to schedule classes. Classes will be conducted by the doctor himself.
